Extra Chef de Partie - Soho House Paris H/F

Nous recherchons un(e) chef de partie pour des contrats d'extra afin de renforcer l'équipe sur les fortes périodes d'activité.
Vous aurez un rôle important dans la satisfaction client et votre objectif sera d’assurer la notoriété gastronomique de notre établissement.
Vos missions :
- Préparer les mises en place des ingrédients quotidiennement
- Maîtriser les temps de cuisson, les recettes pour travailler de façon optimale
- Connaître et suivre les normes et règles en matière d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
- Coopérer avec les équipes de la salle et de la cuisine
- Encadrer les commis et faire preuve d’un esprit d’équipe
Profil :
- Avoir une expérience en tant que chef de partie ou un poste similaire
- Etre flexible en terme de jour et d'horaires de travail (horaire en continu)
- Excellente maîtrise et connaissance des méthodes de cuisson, des produits, des équipements
- Réactivité, adaptabilité et apprentissage rapide
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à travailler en équipe
- Être diplômé(e) d’une école en hôtellerie-restauration ou de Cuisine est un plus
