Nous recherchons un stagiaire pour rejoindre notre équipe, se développer dans nos espaces restauration et apprendre à offrir un service de qualité.
Vos principales missions :
- Suivre sa checklist afin d'assurer la mise en place et le bon déroulement du service
- Travailler en lien avec les Commis, Chefs de rang et Floors managers afin d'assurer une bonne coordination et la fluidité du service
- Apporter les mets et boissons aux clients
- Savoir travailler en respectant les standards Soho House (speed of service, grooming...)
- S'assurer de la satisfaction client à tout instant, reporter à son supérieur en cas de plainte
- Maintenir un niveau de propreté élevé dans le Club ainsi que les espaces de restauration, offices et les bars
- Accueillir les nouveaux stagiaires et être capable de les former à votre poste
- Participer de manière active aux briefings d’équipe, être force de proposition lors de ces derniers
- Connaître les différentes cartes, les produits des plats et savoir les recommander avec aisance
Le succès du stage et le développement des missions dépend de l’implication et de la motivation de chacun
Profil & Compétences :
- Anglais professionnel
- Vous êtes étudiant(e) en hôtellerie restauration
- Soucis du détail, sens développé de l’organisation
- Un véritable intérêt pour les événements culturels, les médias et les arts
