Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
You are the operational powerhouse behind our partner relationships, making sure every commercial deal runs smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you will handle B2B accounts across business, education, and leisure, turning hot opportunities into confirmed bookings with speed and precision. You will spend your days keeping partners happy, managing Salesforce data, and working alongside our Revenue and Community teams to keep our spaces buzzing. We value speed, clear communication, and a practical mindset, giving you plenty of room to take ownership and grow your sales career. Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming requests and leads quickly to deliver competitive, winning offers.
- Build lasting relationships with business, education, and leisure partners to drive repeat bookings.
- Draft and process rate agreements, proposals, and contracts with sharp accuracy.
- Keep partner data clean and current in Salesforce and internal systems.
- Team up with Revenue, Reservations, and Community crews to align on rates and guest perks.
- Check in regularly with key accounts to spot renewal and upselling opportunities.
- Keep an eye on local market rates to keep our offers attractive and smart.
- Join in on local community events to keep our partner network thriving.
What You’ll Have
- You bring 2 to 4 years of operational sales experience within Meeting & Events or a Hotel setting under your belt.
- You hold a post-secondary degree.
- You have solid experience managing partner relationships and spotting upselling opportunities.
- You bring strong organizational skills and top-tier attention to detail for handling contracts and rates.
- You have hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- You bring excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.

At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent. That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn’t depend on who negotiates best.
- Salary range: 27.3K - 36.9K gross per year
