Sobre el Rol:
Como Practicante de Contabilidad en Uber Freight México, obtendrás experiencia práctica en el corazón de nuestras operaciones financieras. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los Especialistas de Contabilidad y Finanzas apoyando en tareas clave como el registro de pólizas (diario, ingresos y egresos), la ejecución de conciliaciones bancarias y el análisis de cuentas de balance y resultados.

Requisitos Básicos:
- Actualmente cursando el 6.º o 7.º semestre de la carrera de Contabilidad, Administración o alguna carrera técnica afín.
- Habilidades: Sentido de urgencia, toma de decisiones, proactividad, responsabilidad.
- Idioma: Inglés básico/intermedio (deseable).
- Front Office: Redacción de correos electrónicos, gestión de calendario.
- Dominio de Software:

- Excel (Básico-Intermedio).

- Outlook (Básico, incluyendo correo en la nube, gestión de calendario y formato de correos electrónicos).

- OneNote (Básico, edición de páginas y contenido).
- Habilidades: Pensamiento analítico, resolución de problemas, multitarea, gestión del tiempo, comunicación asertiva (escrita y verbal) en español e inglés.
- Disponibilidad: Medio tiempo por la mañana, 30 horas por semana.
Responsabilidades:
- Apoyo en el registro preciso de pólizas de diario, ingresos y egresos.
- Apoyo en la ejecución de conciliaciones bancarias y seguimiento de flujos.
- Brindar soporte en la conciliación de cuentas de balance y resultados.
- Respaldo en la revisión, validación y auditoría de facturación conforme a normativa.
