Full Time Infant Nanny – DeWitt Township, MI
A warm and welcoming family in DeWitt Township (48906) is seeking a reliable, engaging, and attentive in-home nanny to care for their 9-month-old child. Mother works from home and will be present in the house.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with potential starting time of 7:00 AM)
- Approximately 45–50 hours per week
- Opportunities for additional hours during school release days or weekend babysitting
Family Specifications:
- Mother works from home in a dedicated workspace
- Pet-friendly environment (family has a dog in the home)
- Values a warm, caring, positive, and proactive approach to engagement and guidance
Responsibilities:
- Primary caregiving for a 9-month-old infant, focusing on age-appropriate developmental support, play, and routine
- Basic meal preparation and feeding for the child
- Child-related housekeeping, including child's laundry and tidying up play and dining areas
- Fostering a positive, safe, and nurturing environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience with infant care
- Comfortable working in a home where a parent works from home
- Comfortable with dogs in the home
Preferred:
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Willingness and availability to assist with occasional extra hours (weekends, release days)
Compensation:
- $25-$26 per hour (negotiable)
