About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Digital QA Analyst to join our production team at WPP Production. The role goes beyond reviewing assets — it requires someone who can actively manage daily workflows across multiple teams and time zones. You'll be in constant meetings with onshore and offshore PMs to align priorities and negotiate deadlines, as well as daily check-ins with internal and external clients where you'll need to communicate clearly, flag issues early, and keep things moving. If you're comfortable switching between deep technical review and fast-paced team coordination, this role is for you.
What you'll be doing
- QA testing of digital assets across formats: static banners, HTML5, rich media, animations and video
- Testing and validating AI-generated creatives, checking visual consistency, brand guideline adherence and common generative AI artifacts
- Managing QA for high-volume DCO campaigns, including dynamic variant validation, data feed review and personalization logic
- Reviewing video and audiovisual pieces, checking sync, export quality, subtitles and platform-specific specs (Meta, YouTube, Programmatic, etc.)
- Participating in daily standups and meetings with onshore and offshore PMs to negotiate deadlines and flag blockers
- Joining client-facing dailies (internal and external) to report on asset status with clarity and criteria
- Documenting findings in a clear and structured way
- Contributing to the update of QA checklists and processes as production flows evolve
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in digital agencies or production companies
- Hands-on QA experience is a must
- Background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related fields
- Upper intermediate English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and basic Premiere for video review. Basic After Effects would be a Nice to have too.)
- Familiarity with AI generative tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion or similar) and ability to assess quality of AI outputs
- Experience with DCO campaigns and dynamic asset validation
- Knowledge of web tools: BrowserStack, HTML validators, Google Studio / Campaign Manager
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
