What does Junior AI Specialist do at WPP Production?

As a Junior AI Specialist, you will be the hands-on engine of our creative production team. Your main job is to use emerging Generative AI tools (like Kling, Seedance, Google Omni, and Runway…etc) to rapidly create, test, and refine high-quality images, video, and audio assets.

This is an entry-level role for someone who is highly creative, tech-savvy, and fast-moving. You will assist the team lead in quickly building functional prototypes and generating high-fidelity visual and audio assets by leveraging the latest suite of emerging generative technologies, thereby bringing abstract concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

Rapid AI Generation & Prompting

Create AI Assets: Use generative AI tools to quickly produce high-quality images, videos, and graphics during creative brainstorms and projects.
Refine & Prompt: Write, test, and organize clean AI prompts to get precise visual outputs based on creative briefs.
Asset Clean-up: Use basic design tools (like Photoshop or Premiere) to clean up, resize, or adjust raw AI-generated assets so they are ready for commercial use.

Research & Tool Testing

Explore New Tools: Keep track of the latest AI tools, features, and updates, testing them to see how they can help the team.
Brand & Quality Checks: Help ensure that AI outputs look professional, match client brand colors, and respect copyright guidelines.

Workflow & Team Support

Create Templates: Set up simple, repeatable AI templates and workflows to help non-technical team members use AI easily.
Share Knowledge: Actively share cool prompting tips, new tools, and creative AI inspiration with the wider team.

Requirements

0-1 years of experience (internships, university projects, or a strong personal portfolio showing creative AI projects).
Hands-on experience playing with and using AI tools like Kling, Seedance, Google Omni, Runway, or similar tools.
Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere to edit and touch up AI-generated images/videos.
You love technology, self-motivation to learn, and enjoy solving creative/tech problems.
Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.
Deep, working understanding of modern copyright law, data and intellectual property usage policies, and accessibility standards.
