What does Senior Producer do at WPP Production?

The Senior Producer will ensure the delivery of video, print, and digital campaigns/projects to the client with accuracy and minimal errors.
You will be engaged with our regional counterparts and local team to collaborate and manage video projects for our client.

Key Responsibilities and Roles (RnR)

Production Leadership: Driving the production process from brief to final delivery for high profile clients, ensuring high-quality, scalable content across all channels.
Creative & Technical Oversight: Understanding creative briefs to guide visual style, tone, music, and audio, while managing technical specifications for varied platforms.
Financial & Timeline Management: Managing complex budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and meeting, fast-turnaround, and urgent, timelines.
Client & Agency Collaboration: Partnering with WPP network agencies (like Ogilvy/VML) to facilitate seamless production, often serving as a central point of contact for complex, global campaigns.
Project Governance: Maintaining high standards of organization, managing risk, and overseeing post-production workflows

Requirements:

Experience: Generally, 6-10+ years of experience as an agency or production house producer
Expertise: Strong understanding of integrated, production workflows (film, digital, print) and proficiency in Microsoft Office/project management tools
Skills: Strong financial acumen, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure
