We are looking for the Senior / Lead HR Business Partner who partners with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives. This role drives talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement
Duties & Responsibilities:
Business Partnership:
- Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
- Support business transformation, organizational change, and growth initiatives.
- Use people data and analytics to inform business decisions and recommend actionable solutions.
Talent Management:
- Partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for both R&D and non-R&D positions
- Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Coach managers on talent assessment and career development conversations.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in their development.
Organizational Development & Change Management:
- Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives.
- Partner with leaders during organizational changes, mergers, acquisitions, or transformation programs.
- Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and effectiveness.
- Strong experience in employee relations, including handling complex employee cases and termination processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR Business Partner r experience
- Proven experience partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change management.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex organizational transformations, restructuring, and culture change initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, with the ability to balance business needs and risk management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and leverage data to drive business decisions.
