CRM & Revenue Technology Analyst

Department: CRM & Revenue Technology

Location: [India/Remote]

About the team

The CRM & Revenue Technology team is the engine behind Convera's go-to-market success. We design, build, and optimize the technology infrastructure that empowers our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to work smarter and faster. From Salesforce configuration to data enrichment tools and sales enablement platforms, we own the full GTM tech stack that drives revenue growth across the organization.

Our Tech Stack:
CRM Platform: Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Prospecting & Enrichment: ZoomInfo, RingLead, Dun & Bradstreet, Cognism
Sales Enablement & Training: Gong, Highspot
Enterprise Integrations: Credit systems, Entity Management, Case Management

Role Overview

We're looking for a CRM & Revenue Technology Analyst to join our team as a key technical contributor and project coordinator. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, engineering, and go-to-market teams translating business needs into technical solutions, coordinating Salesforce builds with engineering, and ensuring our GTM teams have clean data and efficient processes. You'll be the go-to person for unblocking technical issues, documenting processes, maintaining data integrity, and driving projects that increase productivity across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, loves working cross-functionally, and wants to directly influence revenue operations at scale.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Build Coordination & Delivery

  • Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate new Salesforce builds, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements (custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts)
  • Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams—translating requirements into technical specs and ensuring alignment on priorities
  • Manage the backlog of Salesforce enhancement requests, prioritizing based on business impact and technical feasibility

Release Management & Testing

  • Coordinate Salesforce release cycles—testing new features in sandbox environments before production deployment
  • Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new builds and enhancements
  • Maintain sandbox environments and refresh schedules to ensure development and testing alignment
  • Document release notes and communicate system changes to end users

Documentation & Standard Operating Procedures

  • Write and maintain SOPs, user guides, and technical documentation for Salesforce processes, data workflows, and tool integrations
  • Document system architecture, data models, and integration flows to ensure knowledge continuity
  • Create enablement materials to help GTM teams effectively use CRM tools and features

Data Hygiene & Quality Management

  • Monitor and maintain data quality in Salesforce—identifying duplicates, incomplete records, and data integrity issues
  • Implement and enforce data governance standards, validation rules, and enrichment workflows using ZoomInfo, RingLead, D&B, and Cognism
  • Design and execute data cleanup initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and user experience
  • Use tools like Data Loader, Apex Data Loader, and API integrations to manage large-scale data operations
  • Validate data accuracy post-migration and troubleshoot any data discrepancies

Release Management & Testing

  • Coordinate Salesforce release cycles—testing new features in sandbox environments before production deployment
  • Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new builds and enhancements
  • Document release notes and communicate system changes to end users

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or CRM analytics
  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud)—including custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, process builder, reports, and dashboards
  • Experience participating in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and working within agile development frameworks
  • Proven ability to coordinate technical projects across engineering and business teams
  • Experience writing technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides for non-technical audiences
  • Strong data analysis skills—proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (preferred), and data manipulation
  • Experience with data quality management, deduplication, and enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, RingLead, D&B, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM-211)
  • Experience with sales enablement tools like Gong, Highspot, Outreach, or SalesLoft
  • Familiarity with API integrations, middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier), and iPaaS solutions
  • Background in financial services, payments, or B2B SaaS
  • Experience with Apex, SOQL, and declarative automation (Flow Builder)
  • Knowledge of GTM metrics, sales funnel analytics, and revenue operations best practices
  • Experience managing large-scale data migrations or system implementations
