Description

At Dexory, we believe that real time data will revolutionise the logistics industry. We are building the ultimate data insights platform that provides companies with unprecedented, real time access to their operations. Our autonomous data capture technology and insights generation capabilities help to measure, track and find goods across warehouses in real time, while building the ultimate digital twin of facilities.

Join us at a very exciting time of growth as we’re significantly ramping up all areas of the business to lead the way in logistics data globally, backed by some of Europe’s best VCs and driven by passion, curiosity and teamwork.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Deployment Engineer to join our dedicated international team. This position requires a highly organised and technically proficient individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The crux of the role will involve travel around Europe to deploy our robots within warehouse sites. It is crucial you are able to travel for 1-2 weeks at a time.

Please note: When not travelling, you will be expected to be onsite at our Wallingford location

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive technical understanding of computer systems, with prior experience in autonomous hardware systems or computer vision applications preferred.
  • Proven hands-on experience with hardware in operational environments, including system assembly, disassembly, and on-site debugging.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for the deployment and installation of hardware and software platforms.
  • Coordinate with customers to plan and schedule installations, incorporating mechanical, electrical, software, and network components.
  • Conduct on-site visits to execute system setup, configuration, calibration, and troubleshooting in accordance with project specifications.
  • Develop, maintain, and update installation, deployment, operational, and troubleshooting documentation for both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to resolve technical issues and ensure successful completion of deployment activities.

What we need from you

  • Strong software debugging and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to address technical challenges effectively on customer premises.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
  • Valid driving license required.

We value humility and we're as interested in your character as we are in your talent. Please apply, even if you feel you only meet part of our listed criteria. Diversity drives innovation and we offer an international and friendly work environment with an energetic company culture.
