我们正在支持一家领先的机构级 RWA（现实世界资产）DeFi 协议，专注于代币化信贷、真实收益型产品以及全额抵押、可组合的金融基础模块。该项目高度重视风险管理、链上透明度、法律架构设计与信用增级机制，以满足传统金融机构的合规与风控标准。
他们正在招聘一位资本募集 / 资金端负责人，通过建立战略合作关系，推动资金端增长，并拓展新的融资或分发渠道。该角色将依托深厚的行业资源、出色的谈判能力与市场洞察力，与金融机构、基金及关键生态合作伙伴建立长期合作关系。
职责
- 负责公司资金端的业务拓展及资源引入。
- 建立并维护与潜在客户及合作伙伴的长期合作关系，推动合作项目落地。
- 跟踪行业发展动态，识别并把握新的合作与融资机会。
任职要求
- 5 年以上金融行业或资金端相关的商务拓展（BD）经验。
- 拥有丰富的人脉资源，具备成熟的市场拓展及合作能力。
- 出色的谈判能力，能够在复杂的商业环境中高效推进合作。
