我们正在支持一家领先的机构级 RWA（现实世界资产）DeFi 协议，专注于代币化信贷、真实收益型产品以及全额抵押、可组合的金融基础模块。该项目高度重视风险管理、链上透明度、法律架构设计与信用增级机制，以满足传统金融机构的合规与风控标准。
他们正在招聘一位产品经理（B2B 机构资产管理方向），全面负责面向机构及资产管理客户的 B2B 产品战略与执行。该角色需要将复杂的机构投资需求转化为可规模化、合规的产品解决方案，并与技术、销售及市场团队紧密合作，推动产品落地、持续迭代及长期价值增长。
职责
- 负责 B2B 产品的规划、设计与落地，重点聚焦资产管理领域。
- 通过分析市场需求与客户反馈，持续推动产品优化与迭代。
与销售及市场团队紧密合作，帮助客户理解并实现产品价值。
任职要求
- 5 年以上 B2B 产品管理经验，金融、资产管理或相关领域背景优先。
扎实的金融产品知识，尤其熟悉资产管理相关的投资工具。 - 优秀的跨部门沟通与协作能力。
