我们的客户是一个领先的机构级RWA（真实世界资产）DeFi协议，专注于代币化信贷、真实收益产品和全额抵押的可组合原语。重视强有力的风险管理、信贷增强、链上透明度和法律结构，以达到传统金融机构的标准。
职位概述
这是一个高影响力的业务架构师角色，适用于一个快速扩展的机构级RWA DeFi协议。
您将设计并维护整体业务框架、运营模型和收益代币产品及其基础真实世界资产抵押的企业能力。与产品、风险、法律和工程团队密切合作，您将结合传统金融的结构化专业知识与链上代币化，确保可扩展、合规以及具有竞争差异化的产品。
此职位需要在结构化产品方面的深厚专业知识，以及来自领先的中国证券公司（如中金公司、海通证券、国泰君安国际）的直接经验，这些公司曾发行结构性票据、收益工具或参与稳定币/虚拟资产项目。
职责
- 开发和优化企业业务架构，包括代币化RWA和收益代币的能力地图、价值流、流程模型和治理框架。
- 设计收益代币的结构化产品框架，融入信贷增强、风险分层和可组合特性。
- 构建机构级抵押研究、入职、结构化和持续监测的流程，来源于传统金融。
- 定义尽职调查、风险评估和透明度标准，符合香港虚拟资产法规和全球最佳实践。
- 将竞争市场分析和产品提案转化为可操作的商业模型和运营结构。
- 建立内部执行审查和外部代币持有者透明度的治理和报告模型。
- 与产品经理、开发人员、法律、合规和业务发展团队协调，效率高且合规地推出新产品。
- 识别组织和生态系统中的结构性风险、相互依赖关系和扩展机会。
任职要求
- 在投资银行、证券公司、金融科技或DeFi/RWA协议中的业务架构、企业架构或战略角色有8年以上经验。
- 在结构性产品方面有丰富的专业知识（例如，股权挂钩票据、衍生品、CBBCs、自动赎回、收益增强产品）。
- 在香港主要中国证券公司如中金公司、海通证券、国泰君安国际或具有结构化产品发行或虚拟资产活动的等效机构有直接经验。
- 深入了解真实世界资产的代币化、收益代币、稳定币以及香港证券及期货事务监察委员会的虚拟资产监管框架。
- 有建模业务能力、流程和价值流的经验（熟悉ArchiMate、BPMN、UML等工具者优先）。
- 英语和普通话/粤语的专业流利度（会议、文件和利益相关者沟通需双语）。
优先条件
- 在DeFi背景下有代币化基金、私人信贷或固定收益结构的工作经历。
- 熟悉链上透明机制和DeFi可组合性标准。
- 有参与香港虚拟资产监管咨询或许可申请的经验。
- 具备信用风险建模或抵押管理框架的背景。
工作地点
优先考虑香港/深圳 – 鼓励现场或混合工作以便于紧密合作；对于具有强大大中华区经验和亚太时区对齐的优秀候选人，可以考虑远程工作。
