  8. Leads the development, documentation, and approval process for funding priorities across Luminis Health in support of the strategy of executive leadership, meeting regularly with operational and clinical leaders at both campuses to identify and validate philanthropic opportunities.
  9. Collaborates with the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and Luminis Health executives to ensure funding priorities align with system strategic plans and are communicated consistently to giving officers and donors.
  10. Manages the creation of compelling, research-based case statements and gift proposals for major and planned giving opportunities that reflect approved funding priorities.
  11. Oversees the donor research function, ensuring giving officers have current, accurate prospect information to support cultivation and solicitation activities.
  12. Champions effective use of technology platforms across the frontline fundraising team, driving adoption of standard practices and ensuring data integrity.
  13. Works to develop and maintain a robust, data-informed prospect pipeline.
  14. Works with the Donor Engagement and Special Events Team to plan donor cultivation and stewardship events, ensuring events reflect the Luminis Health brand and advance meaningful donor relationships.
  15. Directs the grateful patient program system-wide, including coordination of clinician engagement, patient rounding, and follow-up stewardship.
  16. Oversees the planned giving program, ensuring resources are available for the Giving Team to be conversant, establishing protocols for gift documentation and stewardship, and developing print- and web-based materials.
  17. Oversees donor namings and recognition, including naming opportunity development, tracking, signage, and policy development to ensure consistency across all Luminis Health entities.
  18. Serves as a key leader in the planning and execution of Foundation fundraising campaigns, supporting Foundation Board committees and campaign volunteer leadership alongside the CDO and Foundation Directors.
