Екипът по продажби на терен на SumUp е двигателят зад растежа ни сред търговците в цяла Европа - хората, които дават живот на нашите продукти за малкия бизнес, който има нужда от тях. В България изграждаме присъствието си и тази роля е в сърцето на този процес. Като специалист продажби на терен ще бъдеш лицето на SumUp в София - ще работиш автономно, ще се свързваш с местни бизнеси и ще им помагаш да приемат плащания по-лесно и достъпно. Ако те мотивират собствеността върху работата ти, неограничения потенциал за доходи и свободата да управляваш поверения ти район по свой начин, тази роля си заслужава вниманието ти.

Какво ще правиш:
- Изграждаш и управляваш свое собствено портфолио от малки и средни търговци в София, с фокус върху сектори като търговия на дребно, хотелиерство и ресторантьорство;
- Срещаш се лично със собственици на бизнес, демонстрираш продуктите и устройствата за разплащания на SumUp и намираш правилното решение за нуждите на всеки търговец;
- Привличаш нови търговци и им помагаш при регистрацията, за да започнат да обработват транзакции бързо;
- Развиваш допълнителния си доход, като поддържаш силни отношения с търговците и държиш портфолиото си активно и ангажирано;
- Планираш и управляваш поверения ти район самостоятелно, проследяваш собствената си активност и постигаш месечните цели за активации, за да поддържаш статус Партньор;

Ще се впишеш отлично в тази роля, ако…
- Имаш опит в продажби към малки или средни бизнеси, за предпочитане в търговията на дребно, хотелиерството или подобна среда, ориентирана към търговци;
- Работиш като самостоятелно заето лице и те мотивира комисионен модел с месечен дял от приходите, а не фиксирана заплата - и можеш да отделяш минимум 3 пълни работни дни седмично за тази роля;
- Чувстваш се удобно при директни посещения от врата на врата и намираш истинско удовлетворение в помощта на бизнес собствениците да намерят правилното решение за тях;
- Имаш доказан опит в управлението на собствено портфолио и сключването на сделки самостоятелно;
- Притежаваш силни умения за изграждане на взаимоотношения и способност бързо да спечелиш доверието на независими собственици на бизнеса;
- Любопитен си по природа - търсиш обратна връзка, учиш се бързо от опита на терен и непрекъснато усъвършенстваш подхода си;
- Владееш свободно български и имаш работно ниво на английски.
