Job Overview
We are looking for a DCO Frontend Developer with a strong foundation in dynamic creative (DCO) implementations to build scalable, high-performance digital ad experiences across web, display, social, and video environments. This role focuses primarily on frontend engineering, component-based architecture, performance optimization, and responsive creative development, while also supporting dynamic creative integrations, feed-driven logic, and campaign activation workflows. You will collaborate closely with creative, media, and product teams to translate design concepts into robust, reusable frontend solutions that power personalized and data-driven advertising experiences
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality, performant frontend applications and ad creatives using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Build and maintain modular, reusable, and scalable creative templates and UI components.
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and responsive/adaptive design across all environments.
- Optimize assets for performance, load speed, and runtime efficiency, especially in constrained ad-serving environments.
- Integrate dynamic data feeds (JSON, XML, CSV, APIs) to enable personalization and content variation.
- Implement and manage basic DCO logic, including creative variations, dynamic content insertion, and conditional rendering.
- Collaborate with designers to translate Figma/Adobe designs into pixel-perfect, interactive experiences.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers, devices, and ad platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, version control workflows, and frontend best practices implementation.
- Work with cross-functional teams (creative, media, production) to ensure smooth delivery and deployment of campaigns.
- Support campaign launches and QA, ensuring accuracy and functionality of dynamic creatives.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience building responsive and adaptive UIs across devices and screen sizes.
- Proficiency with JavaScript animation libraries such as GSAP, CreateJS, or similar.
- Familiarity with component-based architecture and reusable design systems.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, asset compression, efficient DOM manipulation).
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility and debugging tools.
- Working knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
- Experience with SASS/SCSS and modern CSS methodologies.
- Familiarity with Figma and design-to-development workflows.
- Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and W3C standards.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Exposure to dynamic ad platforms like Celtra, Innovid, or Smartly.
- Knowledge of video ad formats (VAST/VPAID) and rich media creatives.
- Understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem fundamentals.
- Familiarity with basic backend/API integration concepts for data-driven experiences.
- Interest or exposure to AI/automation in frontend or creative workflows.
Technical Skills
- Core: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Styling: SASS/SCSS, responsive design
- Animation: GSAP, CreateJS
- Data Handling: JSON, XML, CSV
- Tools: Git, Figma, Adobe Suite
